i saw a man in his 30s? with double outlet right ventricle, where the aorta and pulmonary artery are both connected to the right ventricle, and a hole between the right and left allows flow from left ventricle to right ventricle.
he also had pulmonary stenosis, which produced a really loud pansystolic murmur that was loudest in the ULSE (pulmonary area).
he had some kind of shunt put in (maybe Sano shunt) to connect the right ventricle straight to the pulmonary artery.. bypassing the stenosis?
